C&M Culture & Care
At C&M Play Studio, we know that exceptional early childhood experiences start with happy, valued, and supported educators. We don't just ask our team to show up for our children and families—we show up for them. From a dedicated budget for team fun to built-in moments for connection, we’re proud to build a workplace where you can thrive, grow, and feel genuinely appreciated every single day.
What Sets Our Team Experience Apart:
Comprehensive 2-Week Training Program: We set you up for total success before you even step into the classroom! You’ll get hands-on support, dedicated shadowing time, and in-depth training so you feel confident, prepared, and fully backed from day one.
Teacher Appreciation Carts: We regularly give our classroom teams full creative control (and a budget!) to design surprise appreciation carts for the rest of the center—think DIY ice cream bars, coffee runs, and fun treats!
Team Morale Boosters & Reward Coupons: We love keeping work fun! From friendly team contests to earnable reward coupons and staff perks, we are always finding ways to celebrate your hard work and keep energy high.
Built-In Connection Time: Hosting and enjoying our appreciation carts gives our educators a well-deserved break out of the classroom to catch up, collaborate, and connect with teammates across the building.
The C&M AHpproach to Co-Regulation: We equip our teachers with real, evidence-based tools so you feel confident and supported when guiding kids through big emotions—never left to figure it out alone.
Room to Grow & Lead: We love recognizing our staff's strengths and providing real pathways for professional growth, leadership roles, and skill development in early childhood education.
Beautiful, Purpose-Built Spaces: Teach and play in bright, sensory-friendly classrooms and active gym environments that make everyday learning inspiring and fun.
