New Hire Training Packet
Did you know that many early childcare teachers don't need a degree or experience? That's why our center has developed a comprehensive 4-week training program to help new teachers learn the ropes and get up to speed on our procedures, policies, requirements, and guidelines.
If you're interested in providing your new teachers with a top-notch training workbook, we've got just the thing for you! We spent almost 3 years perfecting our new hire training program and the associated workbook, and we've received fantastic feedback from our new teachers as a result. Our customizable workbook covers everything new hires need to know about working with us, and includes questions to help reinforce key concepts. During the 4-week program, our trainers will work with new hires for 4 weeks (new hires are not counted in the student-teacher ratio) to review the workbook and ensure that everything is covered.
Once the new hires have been checked off, they are ready to start working in their new classrooms!
