Meet our Cranberry Location Educators

I’m Abby, the owner and founder of C&M Play Studio, an early childhood education facility with 18 classrooms, a large gym, over 50 amazing teachers, and more than 300 students enrolled. I’m also thrilled to be opening our second location in August 2025, which will feature 16 additional classrooms to serve even more families in our community.

I bring together my background in business, sports, and childcare, along with the inspiration and values I’ve gained from raising my own two children, to create a nurturing, innovative, and community-focused environment where children and families thrive.

I’m passionate about forming partnerships with other local businesses and supporting the needs of families in our community. As I prepare to open our second location, I’m excited to continue growing the vision of C&M Play Studio — offering even more opportunities for connection, learning, and joyful play.

Hi! I’m Miss Allegra, Center Director at C&M! I’m from McKees Rocks and went to Montour. I’ve been working in childcare for over 7 years and hold my CDA in both Infant/Toddler and Preschool/Pre-K. I also have a daughter, Maisyn, and son, Steele, who keeps me on my toes!

In my new role as Assistant Center Director, I’ll be supporting Miss Autumn with daily operations, helping classrooms stay on track, and making sure our staff feel empowered and supported. I’m passionate about creating positive, connected relationships with children, families, and coworkers, and I can’t wait to bring that same energy to our Cranberry location.

In my free time, you’ll find me baking, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with my family. I’m so excited to be part of your child’s journey at C&M!

Hi! I’m Miss Jenna, HR Director at C&M! I’m from Beaver County and now live in Imperial, PA. I graduated from Penn State in 2018 and have worked with children for years, though this is my first experience in a center-based setting. I’m so excited to continue growing in this field, learn everything that goes into running a successful classroom, and provide your children with the highest quality of care.

As HR Director, I focus on hiring, onboarding, and staff support—making sure our team is strong, confident, and equipped to provide the very best for your children. I’m passionate about creating a positive, uplifting workplace where our educators feel valued and supported.

In my free time, I love being outside, spending time with my family, and doing a little shopping here and there! I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your child’s journey at C&M.

Hi! My name is Jessica Deyber, and I am thrilled to join as one of the Directors here in Cranberry. I grew up right around the Imperial /Robinson area and still live nearby with my husband, Justin, and our dog, Tucker. When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Steelers every fall.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education with a PreK–Grade 4 teaching certification and have dedicated my career to supporting children and families. I have worked in early childhood education with children ranging from infants through Pre-K for 12+ years. With four of those years as a developmental therapist, helping children build confidence, develop essential skills, and reach important milestones. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support children’s growth both in the classroom and through individualized developmental services. And through those experiences it has shaped my belief that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

As one of the directors I am excited to create a warm and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I look forward to being part of each child’s journey and helping little minds reach their fullest potential.

Hi! I’m Miss Kathryn, Behavior Director at C&M!  I earned my associate degree in Early Education and Child Development from Community College of Allegheny County in 2020, along with certifications in Infant Mental Health and Child Development

With 12 years of experience working with children from 6 weeks to school age—as a childcare provider, nanny, and nursery worker—I’m deeply passionate about supporting each child’s growth. My goal is to help children reach milestones in all areas of development within a safe and nurturing environment.

As Behavior Support Director, I support students, staff and families at both C&M locations. Using my expertise in behavior management and strong partnerships with outside therapists, I strive to ensure every child is met with compassion, understanding, and personalized support. I can be found throughout all classrooms and age groups, advocating for the highest quality of care for all of our students.

Hi! I’m Jenna the Marketing Director at C&M Play Studio.

I started at C&M as a preschool teacher while finishing my degree in Management, and I’ve been part of the team since before we even opened our doors! What began as a love for teaching grew into a passion for marketing and design as I found ways to share the heart of our center with families.

Today, I use my background in management, marketing, and early education to help connect families with everything that makes C&M special. As Marketing Director supporting both locations, I lead communication and branding, bringing C&M’s voice to life. I’m the creative mind behind our messaging, helping families connect with our mission, learn about our programs, and stay engaged with everything happening here.

Hi, I’m Amy! I'm from Bridgeville. I have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. I remember how I felt having to leave my children with someone while I had to work. Having someone who is excited to see them every day is reassuring. I will give as much care, compassion and patience as if they were my own grandchildren. I can't wait to watch them grow & thrive!

Hello! My name is Cyndara Cumberledge, I am from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. I am currently 6 months pregnant, due in January with a baby boy!! I am so excited to have one of my own running around! I have 8 brothers and 3 sisters, so I learned from a young age how to take care of children by helping my mom with my younger siblings! Having lots of siblings definitely boosted my interest in becoming a teacher, especially at a young age cause I wouldn’t change my childhood with my siblings for the world, so with that being said, my mission is to be apart of the children’s childhood and making core memories with them along the years! I have worked with children of all ages, from newborn to school age! I have about 3 years of experience working with children, and i do still continue to babysit here and there!
In my free time I love to watch movies, go shopping, paint and wood burn! My favorite food is vodka pasta and my favorite color is pink!!
I’m so excited to start my journey here at C&M, and look forward to meeting all the children and teachers, while also learning from others along the way!!

My name is Jenn and I am originally from Germany. I have traveled a lot and enjoy learning new things. I am passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge. I love working with children and making a positive difference in their lives. Watching a child be proud of something new that they have learned has inspired me to want to teach. My mission for the classroom is to allow every child to be their authentic selves, while learning and having fun.

My name is Katlyn Kay I’m a mom of 2, little girl named Isabella and a little girl named Nyla. I became a teacher because I love children I love being able to watch them grow and learn all sorts of new things. I cannot wait to get to know your babies and get to love them as much as you do!

Hi! My name is Miss Rylee, and I’ve had a passion for working with children for as long as I can remember. For the past 4 years, I’ve been lucky enough to turn that passion into a career in childcare. I’m so excited to be apart of the C&M family and can’t wait to get to know you and your child. My goal as a teacher is to create a warm, fun, and supportive environment where every child can learn, grow, and feel valued. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and diving into a good book. 

Hi! I'm Miss Amanda. I have 14 years experience teaching children ages 1-5. My favorite things to do in the classroom are, art, messy sensory play, being outdoors, reading books, and singing songs. I'm so excited to help your children learn and grow! My mission is to help provide a warm, safe, welcoming environment that children feel loved and come to school excited to learn and play!

My name is Zoey and I’m a born and raised yinzer. I graduated Allegheny College Cum Laude with my Bachelor in Science in Psychology with a Minor in Studio Art in 2023. While I was a student there, I had the honor of playing for the first ever Division III Women’s Field Hockey Team in 2019, was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and was VP of Psi Chi, which is the International Honor Society in Psychology. I’ve loved working with kids since I was first able to, starting when I volunteered in middle school as a helper for Kidsfest at Orchard Hill Church, a summer camp in which they ran every year. I was a camper there from 1st to 6th grade and loved it every year and wanted to help the campers have as much fun as I did by serving with the middle schoolers, and eventually serving as a Leader all throughout high school, being able to have my own group of campers working alongside another Leader. I loved the apsect of being able to teach kids how much they mattered in this world and how much they were loved. It aspired me to want to work again with kids one day, knowing that I could help them grow in a positive way. My first job out of college was working as a Behavior Technician for an autistic school, working primarily with the elementary kids. During that time, I felt it was my mission to help those kids feel heard and valued. My love for helping children thrive has only grown since, especially with helping to raise my boyfriend’s son and watch him thrive in school and at home. I truly believe that each child deserves a chance to make the world a better place. They deserve to be heard, to feel loved, to learn, and to be seen. Every child is different, and I believe that being empathetic and understanding and learning each child’s specific needs makes all the difference in the way they learn. I want to help every child that walks through the doors of C&M Play Studio thrive as themselves.

Hi! My name is Ayauna!I was born in San Diego, and moved to pittsburgh when I was 2 years old and have been here since! Before beginning my career in childcare I worked as a patient care tech for 2 years. I have two kids of my own, Lorenzo & Sophia. With a busy life and schedule any free time I get, I love to read! Last year I listed to 173 audiobooks! I became a teacher because I’ve always loved working kids! I was a nanny before coming to a childcare facility, and I loved forming connections with not only the kids but their parents as well. I can’t wait to watch your kiddos, grow and learn so much!

Hi, I’m Bre! I have been working with children for over 8 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Each of my experiences working with kids and babies have been vastly different from the next, including roles such as a postpartum doula, a program coordinator for a nonprofit, and even a summer camp counselor (back when I had a lot more energy!). I spend my free time thrifting, trying new coffee shops, going for walks, and spending quality time with friends. Seeing kids grow and learn and play is one of my favorite things and I’m grateful to be here doing that with your kiddos!

Hi, I'm Caitlyn! As cliche as it is, ever since I was young I knew that I wanted to work with children. In my mid teens through early adulthood, I did volunteer work as well as babysat for family/friends. After high school, I ended up working at the daycare that I attended for just shy of 4 years before transitioning into the mental health field. I worked in a residential facility for school aged children with behavioral problems and intellectual disabilities for about 6 years. I loved the challenge and knew I was making a difference, however; I realized my true passion is early childhood and I'm very excited to get back into it!

Outside of work, I love going to concerts and music festivals, reading, watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and playing relaxing games on my computer. I also love the Fall season and everything spooky.

Hi! My name is Lacey. I live in Cranberry Township with my fiancé, Jeff, and our long-haired miniature dachshund, Diesel. I started my education journey at Butler County Community College, where I earned my associate degree in Early Childhood Education PreK-4 in 2023. I then continued my education at Slippery Rock University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education PreK-4 in 2025. I have worked with children ages 1 to 4 for a little over 2 years. I am so excited to work with your children to create a fun, welcoming classroom where they can learn, grow, and feel confident.

Hi! I’m SeAnna, but most people call me Seaa!

I grew up in a small town in West Virginia and am relatively new to Pennsylvania. Ever since I was young, I’ve known I wanted to work with children. I’m currently an online student majoring in Criminal Justice, and my long-term goal is to become a forensic interviewer and investigator who helps children through difficult situations.

My biggest goal in the classroom is to create an environment where every child feels seen, encouraged, confident, and comfortable. I love being creative, making learning fun, and celebrating all of the little victories along the way!

When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me curled up with a good book, trying a new coffee shop, spending time with my dog, Wyllow, watching Formula 1, or exploring the outdoors.

Hi! Im Ms. Brittany . I’m so excited to be a part of your child’s learning journey! I have 2 years of experience working with children at Children’s Hospital, where I gained valuable experience in both the NICU and Emergency Room. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and creating a safe and caring environment for every child.

When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time outdoors and doing the things I love. I enjoy rodeoing and training horses, as well as drawing and hiking. I love being active, creative, and learning new things!

I’m looking forward to getting to know each of my students and their families and making this a fun, positive, and memorable year!

Hi, I’m Demi! I have experience with all of my nieces and nephews. I love to watch kids grow and get excited when they do things for the first time and the excitement that they get. To create a place the kids want to be and are excited and where they feel seen and are safe.

I have been enjoying teaching littles for about 10 years and I’m now honored to be apart of the C&M team!
Originally from Tampa, Florida but I’ve been a Pittsburgh girl for a long time.
I graduated from Mount Lebanon High School and aspire to achieve degrees in early childhood education and social work.
I’ve worked along side children from ages infants to school age and can’t wait to learn and grow with all of our C&M families!

Hi, I'm Mrs. Jordan, I have worked in childcare for the last 10+ years and truly have a passion for working with young children. In my classroom we get messy, dance, sing, do yoga and read often! I am currently finishing my bachelors degree in early childhood education with an emphasis in special education through Carlow University. In my free time I love to read, hike and spend time with my dog 🐕 Stimpy, cat Wren and wife Rachel.

Hi! I’m Miss Ali! 💕 I’ve been part of the C&M family since 2021, and working with little ones is definitely where I belong!

I’m a mama to two awesome kiddos, Savannah and Gabe, so when I’m not surrounded by tiny humans at work… I’m usually surrounded by tiny humans at home. 😂

I love music, singing, iced coffee or energy drinks 😂, making people laugh, and turning just about anything into a reason to celebrate! I’m a big believer that some of the best learning happens when kids are being silly, getting messy, exploring, and just being themselves.

I can’t wait for a year full of big laughs, little hugs, dance parties, adorable chaos, and watching your kiddos grow! 🥰

Hi everyone, I'm Miss Sheyanne! I grew up in Beaver Falls, PA and am currently living in Allison Park. I have 7.5 years of experience working in Special Education as a Paraprofessional and Registered Behavior Technician! I have always had a desire to work with children and it is everything I'd hoped it would be. I am so excited to be here at C&M! Watching children gain new skills and watch their personalities grow is so rewarding. When I'm not at work, I love reading, going to concerts, and spending time with my family and friends. Hello!! My name is Emily and I’m from a small town, 2 hours away, called Dubois PA! I have worked as a teachers aid for about a year now and have such a love and passion for working and inspiring the kiddos!! I went to Clarion University for four years, and have a degree in Speech pathology!! In my free time, i do work towards my masters degree, go to the gym, and play with my HUGE Cat, Olaf!! My mission in the classroom is to teach social and emotional skills as well as engaging in learning together in the classroom through play and communication!! Im very excited to meet everyone:)

Hello, my name is Julia Burgard. I have been a member of the C&M team since January of 2026. I have a passion for working with children. I have always loved seeing them grow and learn new things. I graduated from Knoch High School in 2020. I then went on to earn my bachelors degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Penn State, graduating in 2024. I live in Butler with my boyfriend, Danny, and dog, Meika. In my free time I like to spend time with friends, watching movies, going to the races and being on a beach. I cannot wait to learn, grow and love with all of my students!

Hi, I’m Mercedes!

I was born and raised in Oklahoma, where my roots began and where my love for working with children first grew. Pennsylvania has now been my home for seven years, and I’m so excited to be back with the C&M family!

I have over 11 years of experience working with children, from infancy through age 18. I hold an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education, an Early Education Director Diploma, and a Pennsylvania Director Credential. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many different hats—from early childhood educator and childcare leader to owning my own dance studio and coaching dance, color-guard, pageants, and cheer. I’m also a proud mom of four boys, so children have always been a huge part of both my personal and professional life!

My philosophy aligns well with C&M's philosophy: children learn best when they’re having fun, feel loved, and are excited to be there. I love creating fun, creative, hands-on lessons that encourage children to explore, use their imaginations, build new skills, and discover just how exciting learning can be. Some of the best learning happens when children are having so much fun that they don’t even realize how much they’re learning!

More than anything, my mission is to create a strong classroom community filled with positivity, encouragement, learning, laughter, and affirmations. We spend so much of our week together, and I want our classroom to be a place where children feel safe, valued, confident, and genuinely happy to come every day.

I want every child to hear and believe:
You are loved. You are important. You are smart. You are capable. You can do hard things. And you belong here.

I truly believe we are all a team—children, teachers, and families. When we communicate, encourage one another, celebrate accomplishments big and small, and work together, we create something much bigger than just a classroom—we create a community.
