Meet our Cranberry Location Educators

I’m Abby, the owner and founder of C&M Play Studio, an early childhood education facility with 18 classrooms, a large gym, over 50 amazing teachers, and more than 300 students enrolled. I’m also thrilled to be opening our second location in August 2025, which will feature 16 additional classrooms to serve even more families in our community.

I bring together my background in business, sports, and childcare, along with the inspiration and values I’ve gained from raising my own two children, to create a nurturing, innovative, and community-focused environment where children and families thrive.

I’m passionate about forming partnerships with other local businesses and supporting the needs of families in our community. As I prepare to open our second location, I’m excited to continue growing the vision of C&M Play Studio — offering even more opportunities for connection, learning, and joyful play.

Hi! I’m Miss Allegra, Center Director at C&M! I’m from McKees Rocks and went to Montour. I’ve been working in childcare for over 7 years and hold my CDA in both Infant/Toddler and Preschool/Pre-K. I also have a daughter, Maisyn, and son, Steele, who keeps me on my toes!

In my new role as Assistant Center Director, I’ll be supporting Miss Autumn with daily operations, helping classrooms stay on track, and making sure our staff feel empowered and supported. I’m passionate about creating positive, connected relationships with children, families, and coworkers, and I can’t wait to bring that same energy to our Cranberry location.

In my free time, you’ll find me baking, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with my family. I’m so excited to be part of your child’s journey at C&M!

Hi! I’m Miss Jenna, HR Director at C&M! I’m from Beaver County and now live in Imperial, PA. I graduated from Penn State in 2018 and have worked with children for years, though this is my first experience in a center-based setting. I’m so excited to continue growing in this field, learn everything that goes into running a successful classroom, and provide your children with the highest quality of care.

As HR Director, I focus on hiring, onboarding, and staff support—making sure our team is strong, confident, and equipped to provide the very best for your children. I’m passionate about creating a positive, uplifting workplace where our educators feel valued and supported.

In my free time, I love being outside, spending time with my family, and doing a little shopping here and there! I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your child’s journey at C&M.

Hi! My name is Jessica Deyber, and I am thrilled to join as one of the Directors here in Cranberry. I grew up right around the Imperial /Robinson area and still live nearby with my husband, Justin, and our dog, Tucker. When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Steelers every fall.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education with a PreK–Grade 4 teaching certification and have dedicated my career to supporting children and families. I have worked in early childhood education with children ranging from infants through Pre-K for 12+ years. With four of those years as a developmental therapist, helping children build confidence, develop essential skills, and reach important milestones. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support children’s growth both in the classroom and through individualized developmental services. And through those experiences it has shaped my belief that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

As one of the directors I am excited to create a warm and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I look forward to being part of each child’s journey and helping little minds reach their fullest potential.

Hi! I’m Miss Kathryn, Behavior Director at C&M!  I earned my associate degree in Early Education and Child Development from Community College of Allegheny County in 2020, along with certifications in Infant Mental Health and Child Development

With 12 years of experience working with children from 6 weeks to school age—as a childcare provider, nanny, and nursery worker—I’m deeply passionate about supporting each child’s growth. My goal is to help children reach milestones in all areas of development within a safe and nurturing environment.

As Behavior Support Director, I support students, staff and families at both C&M locations. Using my expertise in behavior management and strong partnerships with outside therapists, I strive to ensure every child is met with compassion, understanding, and personalized support. I can be found throughout all classrooms and age groups, advocating for the highest quality of care for all of our students.

Hi! I’m Jenna the Marketing Director at C&M Play Studio.

I started at C&M as a preschool teacher while finishing my degree in Management, and I’ve been part of the team since before we even opened our doors! What began as a love for teaching grew into a passion for marketing and design as I found ways to share the heart of our center with families.

Today, I use my background in management, marketing, and early education to help connect families with everything that makes C&M special. As Marketing Director supporting both locations, I lead communication and branding, bringing C&M’s voice to life. I’m the creative mind behind our messaging, helping families connect with our mission, learn about our programs, and stay engaged with everything happening here.

Hello, all! My name is Mary. I’m an avid animal lover who has lived all around the Beaver County area! I currently have a leopard gecko named Squirt. I have had a dream of working with kids since I was a child myself. Becoming a teacher lets me work with children while also working towards my degree to become a childhood trauma counselor. I strive to make sure every child feels comfortable, supported, and loved. I aim to help them learn the way they learn best, while also letting their personality shine through.

My name is Jenn and I am originally from Germany. I have traveled a lot and enjoy learning new things. I am passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge. I love working with children and making a positive difference in their lives. Watching a child be proud of something new that they have learned has inspired me to want to teach. My mission for the classroom is to allow every child to be their authentic selves, while learning and having fun.

Hi my is Miss Aryonna I am from Butler, PA. I have been working with children for over five years in babysitting, nannying, and childcare. I have always been passionate about helping little ones grow. I completed my Child Development Associates Certificate in October of 2024. On the weekends I love trying new coffee shops with my friends and watching movies/shows on Netflix. When the weather is nice I like to play volleyball and go hiking. I have an orange tabby named Coco and a black&gray tiger cat named Ollie. My goal for my classroom is to create a nurturing and positive environment for the children and their families. I am so excited to join the C&M community.

Hi! I’m Miss Heather! I live in Bridgeville and am a proud Chartiers Valley graduate. With over 20 years of experience in both in-home care and childcare centers, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children and families through every stage of early development. I’m also a proud mom to four amazing kids.

Hi, I’m Amy! I'm from Bridgeville. I have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. I remember how I felt having to leave my children with someone while I had to work. Having someone who is excited to see them every day is reassuring. I will give as much care, compassion and patience as if they were my own grandchildren. I can't wait to watch them grow & thrive!

Hi! My name is Miss Rylee, and I’ve had a passion for working with children for as long as I can remember. For the past 4 years, I’ve been lucky enough to turn that passion into a career in childcare. I’m so excited to be apart of the C&M family and can’t wait to get to know you and your child. My goal as a teacher is to create a warm, fun, and supportive environment where every child can learn, grow, and feel valued. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and diving into a good book. 

Hi! My name is Ayauna!I was born in San Diego, and moved to pittsburgh when I was 2 years old and have been here since! Before beginning my career in childcare I worked as a patient care tech for 2 years. I have two kids of my own, Lorenzo & Sophia. With a busy life and schedule any free time I get, I love to read! Last year I listed to 173 audiobooks! I became a teacher because I’ve always loved working kids! I was a nanny before coming to a childcare facility, and I loved forming connections with not only the kids but their parents as well. I can’t wait to watch your kiddos, grow and learn so much!

Hi, I’m Bre! I have been working with children for over 8 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Each of my experiences working with kids and babies have been vastly different from the next, including roles such as a postpartum doula, a program coordinator for a nonprofit, and even a summer camp counselor (back when I had a lot more energy!). I spend my free time thrifting, trying new coffee shops, going for walks, and spending quality time with friends. Seeing kids grow and learn and play is one of my favorite things and I’m grateful to be here doing that with your kiddos!

Hi! I'm Miss Amanda. I have 14 years experience teaching children ages 1-5. My favorite things to do in the classroom are, art, messy sensory play, being outdoors, reading books, and singing songs. I'm so excited to help your children learn and grow! My mission is to help provide a warm, safe, welcoming environment that children feel loved and come to school excited to learn and play!

My name is Katlyn Kay I’m a mom of 2, little girl named Isabella and a little girl named Nyla. I became a teacher because I love children I love being able to watch them grow and learn all sorts of new things. I cannot wait to get to know your babies and get to love them as much as you do!

Hi, I'm Mrs. Jordan, I have worked in childcare for the last 10+ years and truly have a passion for working with young children. In my classroom we get messy, dance, sing, do yoga and read often! I am currently finishing my bachelors degree in early childhood education with an emphasis in special education through Carlow University. In my free time I love to read, hike and spend time with my dog 🐕 Stimpy, cat Wren and wife Rachel.

I have a ton of nieces and nephews. I love to watch kids grow and get excited when they do things for the first time and the excitement that they get. to create a place the kids want to be and are excited to be. whwere the kids feel and are safe.

Hi! I’m Miss Riley! I grew up in Lower Burrell and graduated from IUP with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. I’ve been working with kids for 3 years, and I love helping them learn, grow, and shine each day! My mission in the classroom is to create a space where every child feels safe, loved, and excited to explore. I believe learning should be full of curiosity, laughter, and hands-on fun! When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me reading, going to the gym, or spending time with my family. I can’t wait for all the adventures and memories we’ll make together here at C&M!

Hi! My name is Karlee, and I am excited to start working with your children! I am currently living in Neshannock Township but I am originally from just outside of Pittsburgh. I moved up here in 2024 and bought a house with my boyfriend Jake. I graduated from Chartiers Valley in 2016 and then from Cal U in 2024. I graduated with a double engineering degree and a graphic design minor. I have over 10 years of child care experience at both in-home and childcare centers. In my free time I am laying under my race car getting ready for saturday nights at the race track.

Hello, my name is Julia Burgard. I have been a member of the C&M team since January of 2026. I have a passion for working with children. I have always loved seeing them grow and learn new things. I graduated from Knoch High School in 2020. I then went on to earn my bachelors degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Penn State, graduating in 2024. I live in Butler with my boyfriend, Danny, and dog, Meika. In my free time I like to spend time with friends, watching movies, going to the races and being on a beach. I cannot wait to learn, grow and love with all of my students!
