Meet our Cranberry Location Educators

I’m Abby, the owner and founder of C&M Play Studio, an early childhood education facility with 18 classrooms, a large gym, over 50 amazing teachers, and more than 300 students enrolled. I’m also thrilled to be opening our second location in August 2025, which will feature 16 additional classrooms to serve even more families in our community.

I bring together my background in business, sports, and childcare, along with the inspiration and values I’ve gained from raising my own two children, to create a nurturing, innovative, and community-focused environment where children and families thrive.

I’m passionate about forming partnerships with other local businesses and supporting the needs of families in our community. As I prepare to open our second location, I’m excited to continue growing the vision of C&M Play Studio — offering even more opportunities for connection, learning, and joyful play.

Hi! I’m Miss Allegra, Center Director at C&M! I’m from McKees Rocks and went to Montour. I’ve been working in childcare for over 7 years and hold my CDA in both Infant/Toddler and Preschool/Pre-K. I also have a daughter, Maisyn, and son, Steele, who keeps me on my toes!

In my new role as Assistant Center Director, I’ll be supporting Miss Autumn with daily operations, helping classrooms stay on track, and making sure our staff feel empowered and supported. I’m passionate about creating positive, connected relationships with children, families, and coworkers, and I can’t wait to bring that same energy to our Cranberry location.

In my free time, you’ll find me baking, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with my family. I’m so excited to be part of your child’s journey at C&M!

Hi! I’m Miss Heather, Assistant Center Director at C&M! I live in Bridgeville and am a proud Chartiers Valley graduate. With over 20 years of experience in both in-home care and childcare centers, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children and families through every stage of early development. I’m also a proud mom to four amazing kids.

In my role as Assistant Center Director, I help oversee classroom operations, support staff, and maintain strong communication with families. I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections, solving problems with a calm and steady hand, and leading with compassion.

Outside of work, my life is full! My family and I breed Boxers and French Bulldogs, and I love painting, cooking, making Mandala art, playing pool, enjoying music, and spending time outdoors.

Hi! I’m Miss Jess, the Enrollment Director at C&M! I grew up in Lower Burrell, PA, and received my Infant and Toddler CDA from Northampton Community College in 2019. For the past 16 years, I’ve worked with infants in childcare settings and as a nanny, which has given me a deep understanding of children’s needs and how important their environment is for early development.

As Enrollment Director, I have the privilege of welcoming new families to C&M, guiding them through the enrollment process, and helping them find the perfect classroom fit. I truly believe that a child’s environment should spark their curiosity and support all areas of development, and I’m here to make sure your family feels confident and excited about joining our community.

Outside of work, I’m married with two boys, Gavin and Luca. I look forward to meeting you and helping your child get the best possible start at C&M!

Hi! I’m Miss Jenna, HR Director at C&M! I’m from Beaver County and now live in Imperial, PA. I graduated from Penn State in 2018 and have worked with children for years, though this is my first experience in a center-based setting. I’m so excited to continue growing in this field, learn everything that goes into running a successful classroom, and provide your children with the highest quality of care.

As HR Director, I focus on hiring, onboarding, and staff support—making sure our team is strong, confident, and equipped to provide the very best for your children. I’m passionate about creating a positive, uplifting workplace where our educators feel valued and supported.

In my free time, I love being outside, spending time with my family, and doing a little shopping here and there! I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your child’s journey at C&M.

Hi! I’m Miss Kathryn, Behavior Director at C&M!  I earned my associate degree in Early Education and Child Development from Community College of Allegheny County in 2020, along with certifications in Infant Mental Health and Child Development

With 12 years of experience working with children from 6 weeks to school age—as a childcare provider, nanny, and nursery worker—I’m deeply passionate about supporting each child’s growth. My goal is to help children reach milestones in all areas of development within a safe and nurturing environment.

As Behavior Support Director, I support students, staff and families at both C&M locations. Using my expertise in behavior management and strong partnerships with outside therapists, I strive to ensure every child is met with compassion, understanding, and personalized support. I can be found throughout all classrooms and age groups, advocating for the highest quality of care for all of our students.

Hi! I’m Jenna the Marketing Director at C&M Play Studio.

I started at C&M as a preschool teacher while finishing my degree in Management, and I’ve been part of the team since before we even opened our doors! What began as a love for teaching grew into a passion for marketing and design as I found ways to share the heart of our center with families.

Today, I use my background in management, marketing, and early education to help connect families with everything that makes C&M special. As Marketing Director supporting both locations, I lead communication and branding, bringing C&M’s voice to life. I’m the creative mind behind our messaging, helping families connect with our mission, learn about our programs, and stay engaged with everything happening here.

My name is Gracie, I reside in the Montour school district and am married to my best friend and highschool sweetheart raising our two boys, Harvest and Hershel. We are also foster parents who have experienced a range of social and behavioral situations that children and/or families may be experiencing. While my resume is very business centric my studies were focused in child and industrial psychology. I have 15+ years of experience helping businesses grow from 10 employees to 700+ in very short periods of time. As C&M’s footprint expands I am here to accompany leadership through transformations C&M will experience as the community grows and welcomes new families through our doors. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with children of all ages and have spent many years as a volunteer soccer and baseball coach. When not tied up with sports my family can be found traveling, staying active and experiencing new things! 

Hi! My name is Miss Maddie and I live in Beaver County. I graduated from Robert Morris with a business degree in 2024 and currently attend the University of Pittsburgh to get my masters degree in Education. I have been babysitting for over 8 years and also have 4 years of experience in a childcare facility. It is truly my passion and I am so excited to be at C&M. I am honored to be trusted with your children and I hope to make a difference in their lives! 

Hi! I’m Alyssa and I’m originally from Ohio! I moved to the Pittsburgh area about 7 years ago shortly after I joined the childcare industry. I joined childcare because of my genuine love for being around children. There’s nothing more rewarding than being part of a child’s growth and helping teach the future. I truly enjoy supporting their development and feel honored to play a role in their lives every step of the way. My mission in the classroom is to ensure that every child feels equally supported, valued, and encouraged. I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment where each child can grow, learn, and thrive at their own pace with the guidance and care they deserve.

Hello! My name is Kacie Rumbaugh, and I have been a daycare teacher in total for about 5 years, with some other jobs, including being a foster care caseworker, in between. I have a 7 year old daughter and a 1 year old daughter. I went to Westminster College and received a BA in Music Performance. I enjoy singing, playing piano, reading, and playing with my daughters.

Hi! I'm Miss Hannah and I have a Paraprofessional Education Associate’s Degree and a Certificate in American Sign Language from the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC). I have 3 years of experience working and studying with children and individuals with special needs. Before joining C&M, I led the Teachers of Tomorrow (TOT) Club at my college where I hosted festivals and created events.

Hi everyone, I'm Miss Sheyanne! I grew up in Beaver Falls, PA and am currently living in Allison Park. I have 7.5 years of experience working in Special Education as a Paraprofessional and Registered Behavior Technician! I have always had a desire to work with children and it is everything I'd hoped it would be. I am so excited to be here at C&M! Watching children gain new skills and watch their personalities grow is so rewarding. When I'm not at work, I love reading, going to concerts, and spending time with my family and friends. I am so excited to begin my journey here and meet you and your children!
