Meet our Educators - Cranberry Location

I’m Abby, the owner of C&M Play Studio, a 20,000 sq ft childcare facility that features 18 classrooms, a large gym, has over 50 teachers and 300+ students enrolled. I get to use my business, sport and childcare backgrounds plus the ideas and values that have gained from parenting my own two children.

Hi! I’m Miss Autumn, the Center Director for C&M! I grew up in Oakdale, PA, and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Relations and a minor in Psychology. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked with children through teaching, coaching sports, lifeguarding, and swim instruction, building a strong foundation in early childhood care and development.

My dream has always been to help create a childcare center that ensures the best possible environment for children and their families. As Center Director at our Cranberry, I oversee daily operations, support our teaching teams, and help maintain a warm, welcoming, and organized environment that aligns with C&M’s mission.

I’m so excited to grow our Cranberry community and look forward to partnering with families to give every child the strongest start possible!

Hi! I’m Miss Allegra, Center Director at C&M! I’m from McKees Rocks and went to Montour. I’ve been working in childcare for over 7 years and hold my CDA in both Infant/Toddler and Preschool/Pre-K. I also have a daughter, Maisyn, and son, Steele, who keeps me on my toes!

In my new role as Assistant Center Director, I’ll be supporting Miss Autumn with daily operations, helping classrooms stay on track, and making sure our staff feel empowered and supported. I’m passionate about creating positive, connected relationships with children, families, and coworkers, and I can’t wait to bring that same energy to our Cranberry location.

In my free time, you’ll find me baking, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with my family. I’m so excited to be part of your child’s journey at C&M!

Hi! I’m Miss Jess, the Enrollment Director at C&M! I grew up in Lower Burrell, PA, and received my Infant and Toddler CDA from Northampton Community College in 2019. For the past 16 years, I’ve worked with infants in childcare settings and as a nanny, which has given me a deep understanding of children’s needs and how important their environment is for early development.

As Enrollment Director, I have the privilege of welcoming new families to C&M, guiding them through the enrollment process, and helping them find the perfect classroom fit. I truly believe that a child’s environment should spark their curiosity and support all areas of development, and I’m here to make sure your family feels confident and excited about joining our community.

Outside of work, I’m married with two boys, Gavin and Luca. I look forward to meeting you and helping your child get the best possible start at C&M!

Hi! I’m Miss Jenna, HR Director at C&M! I’m from Beaver County and now live in Imperial, PA. I graduated from Penn State in 2018 and have worked with children for years, though this is my first experience in a center-based setting. I’m so excited to continue growing in this field, learn everything that goes into running a successful classroom, and provide your children with the highest quality of care.

As HR Director, I focus on hiring, onboarding, and staff support—making sure our team is strong, confident, and equipped to provide the very best for your children. I’m passionate about creating a positive, uplifting workplace where our educators feel valued and supported.

In my free time, I love being outside, spending time with my family, and doing a little shopping here and there! I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your child’s journey at C&M.

Hi! I’m Miss Kathryn, Behavior Director at C&M! I grew up in McMurray, PA, and currently live in Oakdale. I earned my associate degree in Early Education and Child Development from Community College of Allegheny County in 2020, along with certifications in Infant Mental Health and Early Education. I’m continuing my education at California University of PA, working toward my Bachelor’s degree in education.

With eight years of experience working with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old—as a childcare provider, nanny, and nursery worker—I’m deeply passionate about supporting each child’s growth. My goal is to help children reach milestones in all areas of development within a safe and nurturing environment.

As Behavior Support Director, I work across both C&M locations to support students, staff, and families. Using my expertise in behavior management and strong partnerships with outside therapists, I strive to ensure every child is met with compassion, understanding, and personalized support. You’ll often find me sharing bright smiles and encouragement throughout our centers.

Hi! My name is Jenna and I specialize in Applied Management and have a passion for Marketing and Web Design. I attended Robert Morris University for two year majoring in Early Childhood Education & Special Education. I then transferred to Grand Canyon University where I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Management and have multiple years and certifications in Marketing.

Hi! I’m Jenna the Marketing Director at C&M Play Studio.

I started at C&M as a preschool teacher while finishing my degree in Management, and I’ve been part of the team since before we even opened our doors! What began as a love for teaching grew into a passion for marketing and design as I found ways to share the heart of our center with families.

Today, I use my background in management, marketing, and early education to help connect families with everything that makes C&M special. As Marketing Director supporting both locations, I lead communication and branding, bringing C&M’s voice to life. I’m the creative mind behind our messaging, helping families connect with our mission, learn about our programs, and stay engaged with everything happening here.

My name is Gracie, I reside in the Montour school district and am married to my best friend and highschool sweetheart raising our two boys, Harvest and Hershel. We are also foster parents who have experienced a range of social and behavioral situations that children and/or families may be experiencing. While my resume is very business centric my studies were focused in child and industrial psychology. I have 15+ years of experience helping businesses grow from 10 employees to 700+ in very short periods of time. As C&M’s footprint expands I am here to accompany leadership through transformations C&M will experience as the community grows and welcomes new families through our doors. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with children of all ages and have spent many years as a volunteer soccer and baseball coach. When not tied up with sports my family can be found traveling, staying active and experiencing new things! 

Hi! My name is Miss Maddie and I live in Beaver County. I graduated from Robert Morris with a business degree in 2024 and currently attend the University of Pittsburgh to get my masters degree in Education. I have been babysitting for over 8 years and also have 4 years of experience in a childcare facility. It is truly my passion and I am so excited to be at C&M. I am honored to be trusted with your children and I hope to make a difference in their lives! 

Hello! My name is Kacie Rumbaugh, and I have been a daycare teacher in total for about 5 years, with some other jobs, including being a foster care caseworker, in between. I have a 7 year old daughter and a 1 year old daughter. I went to Westminster College and received a BA in Music Performance. I enjoy singing, playing piano, reading, and playing with my daughters.
